The Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust has appointed a new Learning Officer to lead and expand its education and public engagement activities.
In her new role Hannah Heuston will manage the formal programme for schools and developing workshops for learners of all ages from early years to higher education.
Hannah will also play a key role in expanding the trust’s family offer, building on experiences such as the popular visits to the bridge’s underground vaults.
“The Clifton Suspension Bridge is such an amazing symbol of Bristol. What more iconic place to work? It’s more than just a bridge; the stories behind it are incredible.
“I would encourage anyone visiting the suspension bridge to come to our museum, because it is free and you can discover the people, the history and engineering that brought it to life.”
