Good news for QEH

QEH is delighted with outstanding A-level results.  More than half of all grades (52%) awarded were at A*–A.

Additionally 18% of all grades were A*, with 78% of grades being at A*–B, and an impressive 93% of grades at A*–C. Furthermore, over a third of students achieved three A* and A grades.

Two thirds of the grades awarded to students who joined QEH for Sixth Form in Year 12 were A*/A, a testament to how quickly they embraced all the opportunities the school offers.

Equally impressive are the results of those who began their QEH journey in Year 3 of Junior School with 55% of their grades being at A*–A this year.

Head, Rupert Heathcote, said: “It has been fantastic to see our Year 13 students celebrating such impressive results. Their ambition, determination, and commitment to their studies have been rewarded with outcomes that open exciting opportunities for the future. It is especially pleasing to see such success from a cohort with more candidates than last year, demonstrating that QEH girls and boys continue to achieve at the very highest level. I am deeply grateful to our dedicated staff, whose expertise and encouragement have helped guide each student towards fulfilling their potential.”

Over 95% of students gained a place at the university of their choice. Value Added data shows that students of all abilities exceeded predictions and can now progress on to pathways of their choice

Every student with an Oxbridge or medical or veterinary school offer secured their place.
